Psychometric Evaluation of the Short form of Interpersonal Influences Scale for Stretching Exercise among the Office Employees Based on the of Health Promotion Model in an Iranian Version

Abstract
Background:
Interpersonal influences are critical key points for stretching exercise predicting. In Iran, there's no measure to observe interpersonal Influences amongst workplace office employees.
Objective:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the short form psychometrics of Interpersonal Influences scale for Stretching Exercise predicting among based on Health Promotion Model (HPM) With Added Constructs.
Methods:
By multistage cluster sampling method, this cross-sectional study was done among 385 office employees were selected from the Health networks at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences of Iran (SBUMS).
Results:
The EFA is shown via the principle component approach one factor with 77% cumulative variance and Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO) became 90.7%; p -value< 0.001. This was the good fit index in Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Also With the help of Construct validity, factor was explanted. Within the CFA area, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (REMSEA) result display= 0.059, Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) = 0.966, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) = 0.985 confirmed with Cronbach’s alpha (α = 0.834%) and [ (ICC) =0.79 95% Confidence ICCnterval (CI) (0.58, 0.84)].
Conclusion:
This study generated a Persian-language version of the Interpersonal Influences scale among the office employees Based on the of HPM.
